In a world that constantly pulls us outward, Kundalini Yoga invites us to journey in the opposite direction – inward.

It is a practice that does not focus solely on the body, but encompasses the mind, emotions, energy and consciousness.

Kundalini Yoga classes at the Temple of Venus in the center of Warsaw are a transformative experience – deep, real, and conducted in a space that itself supports the process of opening and awakening.

Kundalini Yoga at the Temple of Venus

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is called the yoga of consciousness.

Its goal is not to achieve a perfect asana, but to activate life energy, clear blockages and restore the natural flow of energy in the body.

It is a practice that combines:

  • movement and static positions (kriyas)

  • conscious breathing

  • mantras and sound work

  • meditation

  • deep work with the nervous system

Kundalini Yoga works holistically – it reaches places where other forms of work often fail to reach.

Awakening the Kundalini energy is gentle and conscious

Kundalini energy is the natural, primal life force present in each of us.

During classes at the Temple of Venus, we do not “force” its awakening – we create a safe environment in which the energy can move at its own pace.

Regular practice:

  • strengthens contact with the body

  • calms the mind

  • releases emotional tension

  • deepens intuition

  • opens the heart

It's a process that happens organically, without pressure and without expectations.

Kundalini Yoga classes in a unique space in the center of Warsaw, created with harmony, beauty and subtle energy work in mind.

It's a feast for the senses:

  • soft light

  • carefully selected details

  • smell, sound and silence

  • an atmosphere of love and peace

Just entering this space allows the body to relax and the heart to open.

We practice in small groups, meeting in a circle.

The circle strengthens the sense of security and community, while at the same time allowing us to maintain the privacy of our own process.

In the circle:

  • everyone is equal

  • everyone is seen

  • everyone has space for their own experience

  • There is no need to prove anything.

  • Just being is enough.

What does Kundalini Yoga practice look like at 22 SENSES?

Each meeting is conducted with mindfulness and intention.

Activities typically include:

  • a short introduction and vibration tuning,

  • kriya – a sequence of movements and breathing,

  • deep relaxation and meditation with mantra or in silence.

It is a practice that moves energy, but at the same time firmly plants it in the body.

Many people say after the classes:

“I feel a peace I haven't known for a long time.”

“I feel like something has fallen into place inside me.”

Who is Kundalini Yoga for?

Activities are suitable for:

  • for both beginners and advanced users,

  • for those looking to reduce stress

  • for people in the process of change or transformation

  • for those who want to deepen their contact with intuition

  • for anyone who feels the need to return to themselves

There is no need to be "stretched".

No need to know mantras.
